Dry Air Filter
Each intake kit comes with a huge, highly-efficient air filter which results in better performance and better protection for your engine.
Most new design are now dry filter instead of oil filter. Our filter do not require oil, it is reusable and washable. You can wash it with soap and water, rinse it until it is all dry up and use it again. We recommend you to check every 5,000 miles to see if it needs to be wash / clean.
Premium Silicone Components
Silicone is a premium rubber which seals better and lasts longer. The air filter, couplers and tube seals in our intake kits are made from our premium silicone rubber. This means they won’t crack, has exceptional tear strength, and can handle temperatures as high as 400F. Also, with a high friction surface and no oily residue, our silicone filters and couplers won’t slide off the tube.
Easy to Install with Basic Hand Tools
MOOSUN air intakes are very easy to install on your car or truck. A typical air intake installation can be done with a screwdriver, pliers and a ratchet-set in 90 minutes or less!
MOOSUN specifically engineers their intake kits to use existing factory holes and mounting points, making installation simple. The vast majority of MOOSUN cold air induction systems do not require any cutting or drilling.

How to install a MOOSUN High Flow Intake Kit
Step 1 – Make sure your engine is cool to the touch.
Step 2 – Disconnect your battery cable from the negative terminal.
Step 3 – Remove your old air intake.
Step 4 – Attach the silicone coupling that came with the air intake kit to the throttle body.
Step 5 – Secure the coupling by tightening a hose clamp at the end.
Step 6 – Place another hose clamp on the front of the coupling, but don’t tighten it just yet.
Step 7 – Slide the intake tube into the silicone coupling, and ensure that your intake pipe is running from the throttle bay away from the engine bay.
Step 8 – Tighten the silicone coupling and secure all brackets on the tube.
Step 9 – Plug the mass air flow sensor into the new cold air intake system.
Step 10 – Reconnect the battery.Enjoy the new power boosts immediately!
